Bill I have notified you of this several times, and you keep asking me for this again. The stablizing bat The rubber hand grip is all cut up. The #1 dvd is smashed. The #2 DVD, the case was all broken. I bought this as a gift for a blind lady friend so she could work out at times without having to go to the gym all ihe time. She borrowed one from a friend friend for a month to try it. and it was great. So I ordered her one and all I got is junk. and I can't get these people to correct their mistake and replace the broken junk.

Dru The ad has been changed so the below observance is not true at this time. Gotta give Mercantila props for changing the webpage. However this was true from what I saw :This was not the rebounder that was advertised in the picture or the discription. This is NOT the GYM rebounder as stated. This only is up to 300lbs as someone already stated. This DID NOT come with a bag as stated. There was NOT 5 DVD as shown. I even asked to make sure before ordering. There were some rips in the skirting. I suspect this was probably a second of some kind as it did NOT come in the original Urban Rebounding box.

Grandma Purchased primarily for my 5 year old grandson who has Cerebral Palsy and does not walk. I am satisfied with the product; but, would have liked to have the height of the balance bar adjustable. Also, some way to cover the four brackets on the outer sides as he will sometimes descend by crawling off head first. If you have suggestions to rectify this I would appreciate it. Both my grandson and I (I am 71 years old) have enjoyed using the product.

Daniel I purchased the Urban Rebounder online, not really knowing what to expect. It was one of the more affordable trampolines, so I suspected there would be some things that I didn't like about it.

There is some assembly required, but I was able to put it together in 5 minutes without reading instructions. It packs away in a quarter fold, but when unfolded it locks into place and is surprisingly sturdy. Where many of these trampolines have 4 legs, the UR has 6 legs for extra stability.

At 240 pounds I had doubts about getting on this thing at first, but after a few test bounces it became clear it would have absolutely no problem supporting my weight. There are 48 industrial strength springs that hold the platform.

The spring tension is perfect, not too much sag but not too tight either. You can do slight elevations, or get higher bounces of 12 inches or more.

The exercise videos are a perfect compliment and allows you to follow along with different routine levels.

The only con I can list is that the support rail is not too sturdy, not really meant to support your weight, but just to assist with balance, though you'll probably find yourself removing it, as it seems to be more of an obstruction (though would not recommend this for those without decent balance).

In all, am very happy with this purchase, especially at such a low cost, and highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and low-impact exercise.

Teresa I ordered this after reading about many other products of the same type. I am very happy with my choice. It is very sturdy and I feel safe while using it. The safety rail is a great feature and worth the extra money, at least for me. I did have some problem with setup, only because I didn't have another person to hold it down for me. Once I had it unfolded, the rest of the setup was not difficult. As for being portable, it's not, at least not in a practical way. Since it requires a lot of strength to fold and unfold, and it has 6 legs (a good feature), I will not be taking off the guardrail, loosening the legs, and folding it to slide under my couch, which was where I had planned to store it when I first decided to get it. That would be an exercise session in and of itself! I tip it on its side and slide it between the desk and sofa. The handle of the safety rail still sticks out, but it's not a big deal.It came with a DVD, as advertised. The DVD is ok but many of the routines I am simply not yet ready for. I'll probably try to find something more suited to my level. It does have a beginners section, though, so that's what I use. For variety, I'll want some different ones from which to choose.[...]

TxMom5 Mom of 5 and have little time for myself or little time in general. Great for the 15 minute workout... equiv. to 25 to 30 walk or jog. I have a bad back, sciatica, and hip pain/bursitis; doing the trampoline didn't hurt the FIRST time OR later that night. Didn't hurt the next day either. :) Jumping kids sleep better. I am reminded of doing high impact aerobics at a club, but only EASIER! Possible? Try it...

MsRater1 I have used this everyday for 45 minutes to 2 hours at a day for 8 days.

I have used the dvd that came with it, which is a good place to start just to get some ideas of different exercises to perform. I mostly just jog on it while listening to music or watching tv. I love it because I can exercise for longer periods of time and I am not sore at all. I also like that I don't get as winded, but am actually burning more calories than I do on a treadmill for the same amount of time. My only concern is the hooks that hold on the mat are not covered, which could cut your foot or leg if you misplaced your footing and fell through. I covered each hook using electrical tape. I have a teenage boy who may jump a little higher than me on it and I was very concerned that he could misstep and put his foot through the sides cutting himself. So I took about 45 minutes to get each hook covered.

Mary I use the rebounder every day to strengthen my entire body, and to lose weight, and to lower my blood pressure. I have had other rebounders, and I really like this one. Only got it last week, but it seems like a good one. The bar is only for balance, but that is all I use it for. When I get better, I won't need the bar. Will have to lubricate it with something like dry lube, as it is noisy when I am bouncing. Minor detail. As others have said, it is very hard to open, but I already knew that, and my son opened it by sheer force, and standing on one side and forcing the other side down. I plan to keep it open. Even if it was easy to fold and unfold, I would still keep it open. You can put it up against a wall if you want to put it out of the way.

Very greatful mom Only one con: requires strength to fold for storage.

Many pros: my 1 and 2 yr. old kids get on it throughout the day. The older child obviously goes longer than the younger. But they both fit on it at once, although by themselves there is more space. The 2 yr. old recently learned to twist his torso mid-jump from left to right. Before he would only jump up. GREAT energy outlet for the children. I only used it while playing with the kids, (it's at my parents' who watch them, by the way, this purchase was a gift for the neighbor's 5 yr. old) and definitely felt it in my legs. With the accompanying workouts I am sure it is highly effective. AND FUN!!!
